This science center offers visitors an in depth look at the water and marine life character of the United State's North Atlantic Coast. Large group bookings are available, as well as school field trips.
The Cooper Environmental Center features live native reptiles and fish as well as hands-on displays relating to local natural science. The surrounding Cattus Island County Park boasts seven miles of nature trails and beautiful vistas of Barnegat Bay. The Cooper Environmental Center is open seven days a week form 8am to 4:30pm.
